Digital Marketing Specialist
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at True Maple, you’ll be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making. Your role will involve providing strategic recommendations to the team, executing technical marketing tasks, and using tools like Google Analytics to analyze and optimize the customer journey, email funnels, and website performance. You’ll have a significant impact on our brand’s visibility and will see the direct results of your work. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of your professional development.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or IT from a recognized Canadian or international university
- Experience with technical marketing (website management, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Availability for 24 to 40 hours per week
- A valid driver’s license in Canada is preferred

Customer Service Specialist
We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Specialists who are ready to take on more responsibility. At True Maple, you’ll quickly step into a vital role within a young, dynamic team. You’ll ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by handling incoming calls and email inquiries in English, and possibly other languages. You’ll resolve complaints and coordinate returns in collaboration with our logistics partners.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Canadian business school or equivalent
- Availability for 16 to 24 hours per week
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- Excellent command of English, both oral and written
