How do I pay with PayPal? Select PayPal as your payment method at checkout. Log in to your PayPal account to confirm the payment. This method keeps your financial details secure, as you don’t need to enter your card information on the website.

How secure is my payment at True Maple? True Maple uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. They comply with all data protection laws and do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
Ordering
Will I receive an order confirmation? Yes, once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
What should I do if I have payment issues? If you experience payment issues, try clearing your browser history and then add the product to your cart again. This should resolve any payment problems.
Can I cancel an order? You can cancel an order by sending an email to info@true-maple.com before 5:00 PM on the same day the order was placed. Include your name, order number, and order date. If your order is already being processed, cancellations can only be made by returning the package.
Service & Warranty
What should I do if I receive a defective product? If a product has a defect not visible at the time of purchase, report it within a reasonable timeframe. True Maple will assess whether the defect is due to normal wear and tear, improper use, or lack of maintenance. If the product is defective, they will repair or replace it.
What is not covered under warranty? Damage to the glass, strap, crown/stem, and battery is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. However, statutory warranty rights still apply to the consumer.
What happens if I misuse the product? If you use the product incorrectly, fail to maintain it properly, or make modifications, you are not entitled to repair, replacement, or compensation.
